You’ll meet with your reiki practitioner for an introduction about the process and to discuss your expectations or intentions. Let your practitioner know about any symptoms you want addressed and if you have any areas on the body that are sensitive or you would prefer not to be touched. During a session, you'll lie on a massage table full
You’ll meet with your reiki practitioner for an introduction about the process and to discuss your expectations or intentions. Let your practitioner know about any symptoms you want addressed and if you have any areas on the body that are sensitive or you would prefer not to be touched. During a session, you'll lie on a massage table fully clothed, as your reiki practitioner gently places their hands, palms down, on or just above your body in specific energy locations. You may experience sensations in the body such as heat or tingling. Wear clean, loose-fitting,
comfortable clothing. Reiki treatments typically last about 50 minutes. Drink plenty of water
after your session. After your treatment you can expect to feel calm, peaceful, and relaxed.
